Profiles
Update your public identity
Use Profile to edit your name, photo, profession, introductions, expertise, achievements, location, and external links. You can enter a web address without typing “https://”.

Fix a public page or link
Your business username forms its public SparLab address. Use the business editor to update public details, then choose “View public page.” To copy your personal author link, open Profile and use “Copy link.”

Improve your feed
Choose up to six interests and SparLab will prioritize relevant published posts. You can update these choices at any time from Settings.

Prepare work for publication
Keep factual claims accurate, use images you have permission to publish, and review names, captions, links, and public visibility before publishing. Keep your own copy of important work.

A feature says “Coming soon”
Workspace, Writing Studio, Knowledge Graph, Analytics, and Automations are not open yet. Selecting one should keep you on your current page and show a Coming soon message.

Email hello@sparlab.io with the email connected to your account, the page or public link involved, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot can help if it does not expose private information.
Never send your password, password-reset link, or authentication code. If the issue involves a published page, include its SparLab address.

For help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information, email us from the address connected to your account where possible. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.
For security concerns, include a concise description and the affected URL. Do not test a suspected issue against another person’s account or public page.
