01
Agreement
By creating an account, accessing account-only features, or publishing through SparLab, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use those features.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use SparLab for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it and that “you” includes that business or organization where appropriate.
02
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep important profile and business details current.
- Choose a secure password, keep credentials private, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
- Use only identities, business names, subdomains, images, and links that you are entitled to use.
- Notify hello@sparlab.io promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Usernames and subdomains are assigned on an availability basis. A visible or available name does not give you trademark or other rights in it. We may change or remove names that impersonate others, infringe rights, mislead users, or interfere with the service.
03
Your content
You retain ownership of original content you submit, such as profile text, business information, articles, photos, captions, and product details. You are responsible for that content and for having the permissions needed to publish it.
You give SparLab a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and deliver your content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service and the pages you choose to publish. This permission ends when the content is removed from our systems, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal retention.
Feedback or suggestions may be used to improve SparLab without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not identify private feedback as yours without permission.
SparLab helps organize public identity and authority information, but you—not SparLab—are responsible for the truth, legality, permissions, and context of what you publish.
04
Acceptable use
Do not use SparLab to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or publish content you do not have permission to use;
- impersonate a person or business, misstate an affiliation, fabricate credentials, or present deceptive claims as fact;
- harass, threaten, exploit, defame, discriminate against, or expose private information about others;
- distribute malware, spam, scams, phishing, or instructions intended to compromise systems or accounts;
- probe, bypass, overload, scrape at unreasonable volume, or interfere with security or service operation;
- circumvent access controls or attempt to use another person’s account; or
- use automated output without reviewing whether it is accurate, lawful, and suitable to publish.
We may investigate reported misuse and remove or restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary.
05
Public pages and external links
Published profiles, business subdomains, owner pages, galleries, and articles are public. They may be indexed, quoted, linked, cached, or processed by third parties. You should not publish confidential information or personal information you are not comfortable making public.
You can add links to external websites and social accounts. SparLab does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or practices. A link does not mean SparLab endorses the destination.
If you remove a page or post, copies previously cached, indexed, or shared outside SparLab may continue to exist.
06
How the service is provided
SparLab is an evolving service. Features may be introduced, marked “Coming soon,” tested, changed, limited, or discontinued. We aim to keep the service useful and available, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Scheduled or emergency maintenance, network failures, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or third-party dependencies may interrupt access. Keep your own copies of important content.
Some features may use automated systems to organize, analyze, or assist with information. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before you rely on or publish it. SparLab does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
07
SparLab materials
The SparLab service, logo, interface, software, templates, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights in SparLab materials are transferred to you.
Do not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create misleading derivative versions of protected service elements except where the law clearly permits it.
08
Suspension and ending use
You can stop using SparLab at any time. For account deletion or help removing information, contact hello@sparlab.io.
We may restrict, suspend, or end access when an account violates these terms, creates risk, infringes rights, threatens security, or when required by law. Where appropriate, we may give notice or an opportunity to correct the issue, but urgent action may be taken without advance notice.
Provisions that logically need to continue—including ownership, permissions already required for retained backups, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior conduct—survive the end of use.
09
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SparLab is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee particular visibility, audience growth, search placement, AI recommendations, business results, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by law, SparLab will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for evaluating your content, external links, business claims, and decisions made using service information.
10
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects existing users, we may provide additional notice through the service or by email where appropriate.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@sparlab.io. For product help, visit Support or the FAQ.
